Best coffee place in Doha! okay, our italian friend laments that though it is the best coffee place in Italy, he doubts it is the same here coz afterall.....we dont get italian water here. totally.
Bookfair/sale
don't laugh! There was one in Regency Hall last weekend...and at least they have more books than Virgin. We slinkered off with lots of xmen, spiderman, ducktail and roald dahl books though but we got books!hah!
Speaking of reading materials, we just discovered that Jarir bookstore have a good selection of magazines.....they have the new yorker and foreign affairs!! they have those among other good things and yet a local newspaper dedicated an article about their range of stationaries and different colored pens or paper clips or something!lol!
