angelina jolie is back in her asskicking mode and the trailer is out! this movie was originally slated for tom cruise but they got her instead - i hope it's good, i enjoyed watching wanted! but gahh she looks sooo thin it's hard to believe her spin kicks can hurt a fly!

So, did anyone on the blah catch this movie when it came out? I had to chose between Inception and this movie when I went to the theaters and chose Inception since it was the safer bet given that most reviews weren't impressed by Salt.

Inception is a good choice unless you're an avid fan of jolie  Salt is nowhere near Wanted, but she's a good actress so it's watchable as action films go....but she was soooooooo thin, i cant believe none of her frenemies in the movie thought of pulling out an electric fan to blow her away!! did you like inception? the editing and story telling was fab but the supporting actors felt like the roles were too big for them...juno is still juno and as much as i like the gravity guy from 500 days of summer, his paradox line seemed off...llike he had to explain the joke. not like say...when bourne would kill his enemy with a pen or a rolled up magazine...gahhh what kind of association did i just make!??! but as good and as ambitious inception was...it wasnt totally satisfying like shutter island...again totally weird point of comparison but mehhhh! |
