OOOOOHHHHH LALALLALAALLAL !!! Rudo y Cursi, directed by Carlos Cuaron and starring Diego Luna AND Gael Garcia Bernal (the 2 men who love belishabeacon so much). DROOL! It's a drama-comedy that involves 2 brothers and football, and though it'd be sad not to see the hotties making out like in Y tu mama tambien, I'D STILL HIT IT!

Of course I've seen Y tu mama tambien... my husbands starred in it! Totally hardcore. I don't care if Gael is a midget... I'm a midget too, so all is well in the world.
Has anyone seen Che?

Saw Vicky Christina Barcelona today - so lame! The only good thing about it - liberal doses of Bardem.

despite critical reviews for that movie, i heard it kinda dragged, and a lot of talk about it before it came out is about the...was it threesome action or a penelope-scarlet makeout session..?

There was very little action, mostly talk of action, and it dragged on and on with no storyline whatsoever.

We saw this quite disturbing movie last night called The Cement Garden. We were in a friend's house to 'experience' his cinema room - he's an italian tech nut who uses his projector to watch films and play his ps3, so we were invited for dinner and movies - thing is dvd we brought is not in compatible zone with his stuff so ended up with that movie cement garden - as it was the only english movie we would all understand - their other movies were only either italian or spanish coz his wife is spanish. Anyway, the cement garden - well it was quite an experience alright, albeit a disturbing one! plot goes incest!aaackkk! four siblings found themselves orphaned when their mom died (dad died months earlier), teenage brother and sisters kno that if the govt finds out they are orphans, their younger brother and sister could be taken in custody and they would all be separated. so what are they to do? i'll give the SPOILERS right away so if you plan to watch the movie stop reading this now.
they buried their mom in their basement. the younger brother started regressing and ventured into crossdressing play-acting like his sister who is now assuming the maternal role in the house, and his friend playing the brother who now supposedly assumes the paternal role of the house. the other younger sister retreats into writing her diary down in the basement beside the buried mom....and the eldest brother discovering himself and sexuality via his sister....and all the while, his sister who is quite androgenous vacillating from a tomboy to a ..err...femme fatale teenager version.......well as you can imagine is quite queesy to watch. thing is, movie is actually done well, the scenes never felt forced or contrived, script was awkward as it was meant to be, and the things that really catches you is that.....it starts "innocently" and plausible......disturbing though you know it will turn out. it's an interesting movie, but i wouldnt recommend it to be watched with family.......AWKWARD!!!!
