Sorta. But it's really cool knowing what he said. At last, one of life's great mysteries solved by digital processing
*stamps CASE CLOSED on my Lost in Translation file*
During the movie I kept cringing and hoping there wouldn't be a sex scene between the two. Although I adore Bill Murray (esp in Life Aquatic of Steve Zissou!!!) I wouldn't want to see his tralala.

Oh, absolutely - there should definitely NOT be any Bill Murray tralala action. Ever.
And yeah, I too was very glad that things stayed... well... "ambiguous" between them.

My shoulder started twitching during the kiss, but relaxed again once the credits rolled !

Yeah.... I originally HATED this film - and I mean seriously detested - mainly because of the appalling stereotypes... but on the second watching, I actually enjoyed it a lot.

I read that the characters of Scarlett and Giovanni Ribisi are based on Sofia Coppola's marriage to Spike Jonze. I've always like Sofia's films though... even tho they slammed Marie Antoinette (which I liked as well) Scarjo --- christ, I love that, hehehe! Makes her sound so sinister!!!

ROFL @ Scarjo!!
And yeah, the whisper does ruin it a little, but it still gives room for more possibilities. Possibilities are always good.
