I LOVE this film it makes me crack up every time i watch it!!!

Life is sweet for 35 year old video game tester Alex, until he's forced to move in with his overbearing grandmother Lilly and her two room mates: oversexed Grace and overmedicated Bea. To save face with his much younger co-workers and super sexy new boss, Alex brags about "the three hot baes" living with him, but soon that cat's out of the bag - and the real party at grandma's house has just begun! If you love footie pajamas, techno-talk and karate-chopping chimps (and who doesn't??) grab your buds and watch!

This is one crazy film with some of the best one liners (which i sadly have on my phone)

i like this movie too, it's soooo silly n funny, i couldnt remember its title though until now!lol!

you should see 40 year old virgin too, that one is kinda like this where main characters are kind losertypes...but funny:)
